Kida Kudz Teases New Project, Top Memba

We're getting a new album from the Jiggy Boy!

Kida Kudz has teased a new project Top Memba, set for release on the 9th of July. Following the release of his debut project Nasty and a three-track pack titled Jiggy Pack Vol. 1 last year, the UK-based Nigerian rapper and singer is gearing up for his third release in the space of a year and a half.

After an active 2020, the 26-year-old rapper and singer kept his momentum, delivering noteworthy hooks and verses on Chipmunk’s “See Through” and SDK’s “Ki Lon So '' alongside Bad Boy Timz earlier in the year. He released his first single of the year, “Animalistic”, in April. The Spax-produced banger sees Kida slightly expand the scope of his music as he touches on issues surrounding mass incarcerations and its social implications. He quickly followed up with the Bella Shmurda-assisted “Ball Till We Fall”, which saw him return to usual form as he delivers braggadocious lyrics in his customary jiggy flow. Last week, he shared his third single of the year, “Makaveli”, while teasing his forthcoming tape Top Memba.

The project is expected to have 10 tracks featuring acts like Made Kuti, Tanika and dancehall acts Bobby 6ix, Daddy 1 amongst others.
